1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "nusyar," "we," "us," or "our" refers to nusyar, the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at nusyar.cam, operating under PAGCOR oversight.
• "Platform" refers to the nusyar website (nusyar.cam), mobile-optimized site, and all associated services, games, features, and content made available therein.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the nusyar Platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process on the Platform.

• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the nusyar Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the nusyar Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nusyar. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age

The nusyar Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with the minimum gambling age prescribed by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. Underage gambling is illegal in the Philippines and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

3.2 Age Verification Process

nusyar reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age upon request will result in the immediate suspension of your Account and forfeiture of any balance held therein pending investigation.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

The nusyar Platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted under the laws of your specific jurisdiction before registering an Account. nusyar makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account on the nusyar Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of nusyar services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and any other information required for identity verification (KYC) purposes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. nusyar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws, nusyar may require Players to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawals or at any time the Platform deems necessary. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.4 Accuracy of Information

You are obligated to provide truthful and accurate information when registering and throughout the duration of your Account. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information provided to nusyar may result in the immediate termination of your Account and legal action where warranted.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nusyar supports a range of payment methods tailored for Filipino players, including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). nusyar reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the cashier page within your Account. nusyar reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and may require completion of KYC procedures. nusyar aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours; however, actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution involved. nusyar shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party financial service providers.

5.4 Transaction Fees

nusyar does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own fees. You are solely responsible for any charges levied by your bank or e-wallet provider.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

nusyar is fully compliant with Philippine AML regulations. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. nusyar reserves the right to withhold, delay, or reverse any transaction suspected of being related to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities and to report such activity to the relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

nusyar may offer Bonuses to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the Bonus is offered.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be exploiting Bonuses, manipulating the Platform, or engaging in patterns of play designed to circumvent wagering requirements shall have their Bonus voided and their Account suspended. nusyar reserves the right to withhold winnings obtained through Bonus abuse pending investigation.

6.4 Promotional Modifications

nusyar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a Bonus prior to modification will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of claiming, unless otherwise stated.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the nusyar Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the rules document, the rules document shall prevail.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game, nusyar reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance. nusyar shall not be liable for losses arising from technical errors.

7.3 Game Integrity

The use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the Platform is strictly prohibited. nusyar employs advanced monitoring systems to detect such activity and will permanently ban any Account found to be in violation of this provision.

7.4 Responsible Wagering

Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes. nusyar strongly encourages responsible gaming and provides tools to help Players manage their activity. See Section 10 for full details.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nusyar Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:

1. Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years.
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
3. Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
4. Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials.
5. Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or other forms of multi-player fraud.
6. Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
7. Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's systems or games.
8. Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing nusyar staff or other Players via any communication channel.
10. Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be forfeited.
11. Charging back deposits via your bank or e-wallet provider after using the deposited funds for wagering.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the nusyar Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game designs, audio, and video elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of nusyar or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property laws and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 Our Commitment

10.2 Self-Management Tools

10.3 21+ Policy

nusyar strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement. Players who have self-excluded or been excluded for responsible gaming reasons may not create new Accounts or circumvent the exclusion in any manner. Violations will be reported to PAGCOR where required.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nusyar, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

nusyar's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nusyar does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by nusyar

nusyar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-compliance with KYC requirements, regulatory direction from PAGCOR, or any other conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting nusyar customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licenses granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law, shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any matters related to gaming and gambling shall be subject to the applicable PAGCOR regulations and directives.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines or, where applicable, to the dispute resolution procedures established by PAGCOR.

13.3 Complaints Procedure

Any formal complaint regarding nusyar's services must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. nusyar will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavor to provide a full response within fourteen (14) business days. If you are dissatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their official channels.
